Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt or seasoning salt
2 cups chicken broth
2 Tbsp flour
10 garlic cloves
1-2 lemons
Combine chicken broth and pealed garlic cloves into a pot and cook for about 30 minutes.
While this is cooking, season chicken thighs and fry them in butter and oil for about minutes on each side until they are golden brown.

Slice the lemon and cut off the skin.
Place the cooked chicken thighs into a baking dish. Sprinkle flour into the frying pan and stir it with the leftover butter and oil. Add chicken broth and mix all together. Then pour this mixture into the baking dish and distribute the garlic in between the chicken pieces.
Then place lemon slices on top.
Bake covered at 400F for 15 minutes, and uncovered for another 15 minutes. Serve over white rice or potatoes.
